Recently my game Realish Reborn has been suffering from an issue where animations just refuse to load. While it may not be inherently problematic on its own. I have found it to significantly impact the user experience in a negative way.
These animations are errored as posted below. Meaning they do not load at all. These animations are often loaded on the server, and often required for various NPCs or tools to work properly, as they need to use KeyframeReached events and/or need to wait for an animation to finish playing.
Boss in the Wave Defense gamemode won’t ever finish its scripted death sequence and remains stuck invincible because the animation never loads
Various NPCs being able to use their guns because the equip animation never finishes:
A unit who is normally supposed to rush the object you’re defending in the Wave Defense simply doesnt have his bomb
This appears extremely inconsistent. Some servers load all animations fine, others dont. The animations that fail to load properly aren’t consistent either. Regardless of its inconsistency though, its frequency has escalated for the past week and it’s detrimental to the game.
Hi guys, I just got this error today. Whenever I playtest in Studio on my account, it works fine, but on any other account or in Roblox Player, it doesn’t. The game is owned by a group and so are the animations, so that’s not the problem. Any update to the situation or feedback about my situation?
I am getting the same error. I am not sure why. I even opened a fresh baseplate to see if the issue still persist and boom it showed me the same error in output window.
Hi, are you testing animations on Roblox Studio?
And this animations(Your own animations) seen by you, other people can’t see. If problem really this is, I am explaining now. Your animations can’t see from other people in Roblox Studio. If you publish your game in normal Roblox(Player not in studio) with which titled sanitized Id. will work for other people including you. So this animation problem occurs in only Roblox Studio not a scripting problem.
