Santa’s Workshop was founded in 2020, and strives to bring Christmas joy to all that come by. With Santa’s, elves, sleighs, reindeer & Grinch’s, we will ensure that you have having a pleasant experience!

Santa’s Workshop Community Roles & Responsibilities
LOWER RANKS | LR’S
Junior Elves - Members that have joined the group and are able to work. First working LR role.
Elves - Has basic knowledge of the workshop and the working procedures, able to be promoted to the official Elf status.
Senior Elves - Alike the “Elves” role, the main responsibility for the Senior Elves is to prepare presents and complete tasks, as well as assist the lower ranks.
Professional Elves - The last LR rank, typically know everything about the lower ranks responsibilities, helps out with guiding LR’s and assisting them.
MANAGEMENT RANKS | MR’S
Junior Elf Supervisor - The first management rank, tasked with supervising and managing all the lower ranks and making sure that they are working accordingly.
Elf Supervisor - The first rank that is able to help out at trainings, tasked with general workshop supervision, and managing LR’s.
Senior Elf Supervisor - The final MR rank, is tasked with everything that the other MR’s are, but with higher authority. This rank is closely looked at for people to be HR’s.
HIGH RANKS | HR’S
Management Elf - The first HR rank, is able to host Workshop sessions, and trainings. This is also the first rank that is able to issue demotions/promotions.
Commanding Elf - Able to help in trainings, host sessions, and deal with promotions and demotions. Alike the Management Elf, but with higher authority.
Workshop Director - General overseer of the workshop, helps all staff when needed and is on top of the LR’s & MR’s activity.
Santa - Only able to gain this rank via purchasing it, limited edition. Santa has unique tasks compared to the other elves/staff.
STAFF RANKS | SR’S
Staff Team - The staff team are the people that manage the management cycle of new HR’s, and general activity and continuation. They are the main people to go to if you have an issue.
Senior Staff Team - Help train new staff for the staff team, and generally oversee how the group is working. Contribute if the HR’s or Staff Team cannot.
Administrative Team - Deal with administrative issues mainly. Contribute ideas and oversee the management side of the group.
Board of Trustee’s - Consult with the ownership team about decisions that may effect the group. Will come to a majority conclusion on decisions and work as a united team.
Game Engineer’s - The main developers for the game, work on scripting, building, UI designing, etc.
Group Managers - The people that make the decisions happen, general management of the group as a whole. Tend to also be applied to running management & relations departments.
Founders - The owners of the group, main operators of the corporation.
Affiliate Information
Alliance Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5000 non botted members.
- You must have an active and well-setup communications server.
- Your group must have a mature, respectful & well setup staff team.
- Your group must not be known in the community for causing drama/have any bad connotations.
- You must have a member from your group to be a representative inside the Santa’s Workshop group & affiliate discord.
If the group you are representing meets the above requirements, please DM Myth, Austin, or Nicole inside the Santa’s Workshop communications server telling them that you wish to form and alliance, and please do provide the necessary links.
By opting into an alliance with Santa’s Workshop you are understanding that we have the ability to terminate this alliance if we feel it is not a two way street, or other reasons that we can bring up.
