I wish that there was a RDC EU. I am living in Turkey and a plane ticket to United States will cost me 1000$ which is 5000₺
And a plane ticket to London would only cost 100$ which is 500₺.

Turkey is still geographically quite far from London, obviously not as far as US, but isn’t $100 a bit under priced if USA is $1000?

I would love to go, but I live in Canada, and RDC 2020 doesn’t take place in Canada at all 
I’ll still watch the stream + the highlights though, I can tell this year’s going to be amazing.
I live in Canada too. Getting there isnt expensive as being from EU but I can understand some people that may get invited might not have enough to travel.

Anyone in the devforum can go, i’ve heard of someone who wasnt active for a year on the devforum and still got invited. Soo probably no.

Minors are allowed to go, but you probably have to buy a Guardian pass if you are under the age of 16. Tickets will be available when waves are sent out.

Side note: forum membership is unrelated to RDC attendance; while it does help, it’s not a requirement.

The invites coming out makes me cheer because I was invited in wave 1, but makes me annoyed over not hearing back about being a speaker again. According to a previous speaker I know, the presenters are chosen before the invites are sent out and an NDA is signed that prevents them from saying Roblox chose the speakers. This isn’t why they sign the NDA as far as I know; just a side effect of it. Since Roblox has out contact information as part of the application, Roblox should reach out that we weren’t chosen and budget in the costs for the ticket and hotel. Even if it is a generic message, the communication should happen.
