They obviously won’t skip your portfolio as it is easily one of the best here. 
I hope i could attend, but sadly i’m from Eu so i won’t be able to… If you make it there, i’ll wait for you to grab me some food. lol.

Ah, so how does the process work for getting onto RDC?.. I’ve never been on it, and I’d like to know how it actually works.
Disappointed there is no RDC EU this year once again. Sad for all of us eu peeps. Hoping to attend the next EU one whenever that is.

Note: For RDC OCE members, we have outgrown the venue of my mom’s basement and will now meet at the local Starbucks.

RDC seems very cool I have never attended one I hope to be able to join in the fun and games. I would definitely wish to visit the Roblox HQ one day. 
I hope to learn and work on Roblox Studio more often!

Will there be discounted rates for the hotel rooms, as there have been for the past few years?
One of the things that makes it feasible for me to attend RDC is the discounted room rates. As you can imagine, not everyone has lucrative developer jobs, and minimum wage in a rural area makes it harder to go.

Will the livestreams have Q&A sessions this year, like they did for the breakout sessions at RDC 18?
They cut out the Q&A sessions last year, which was quite a disappointment as the Q&A sessions have useful information.

Sad there will be no RDC in EU! Wasn’t even able to go and I wasn’t enough hyped and excited to go to RDC in London last year.

Thank you roblox for continually hosting these amazing RDC event’s.
Sadly I have never and will never be able to attend until I either move to US or it comes to Europe/UK.

Can confirm, I went to RDC last year on a budget of $2,000.
Didn’t even hit my limit.
Here were my expenses last year, roughly:
- $80 for my conference ticket
- $800 for plane tickets, plus around like $40 for seat selection because window seats are
- $40 food (I could’ve spent more than this, but I ended up eating out once)
- $100 for the hotel room (@Spathi and I split the $200 rate)
- Around $60 for uber. Again, I didn’t go out that much
- $30 for wifi access on the plane both ways
- A few other misc fees that I probably missed
Assuming the hotel rooms this year get discounted rates (please, Roblox), going to RDC if you live in the US is quite feasible with a budget of around $2,000. You won’t be able to do anything glamorous, but it’s doable.

Sort of disappointed that RDC isn’t held at the Hyatt anymore. Really loved that place, met a lot of great people and everything you needed was in the center of the hotel.
