Also a lot of people will probably have trouble fitting Bloxy trophies in luggage so you guys should still definitely arrange to make easy to have them shipped.

It’s that time again. RDC + The Bloxys, an interesting concept but should be one to remember. I can’t wait to see what RDC holds this year.
I’ll definitely be attending this years RDC virtually.
For the past 2 years, the game jam has been held the week preceding RDC with the awards being presented at RDC. I expect the game jam awards will be integrated into the live Bloxy Awards.

I would assume it may be some sort of mix in with keynotes. Maybe there will be less keynotes this year?
If I get invited again this year I’m most definitely attending in person that’s for sure haha! Can’t wait!
I mean they try their best to find the best dates. They do it earlier than last year already.
For me it wouldn’t be a trouble due high schools and university and such start all end september/begin october in my country.
I don’t neither think they retired Game Jam, cause Game Jam was everytime weeks before RDC so yea, maybe the Game Jam will still be a thing.

I mean they both make sense, bloxy awards are partly about development creations and RDC is focused on developers and creations, so technically it makes sense to merge them into one big show/ ceremony

Sounds epic to see RDC X Bloxys not gonna lie.
I’m slightly confused though, looking at the website suggests that Roblox might not be streaming the event this year? There’s a box to specify for media outlets, so I’m confused whether Roblox is streaming it or outlets will be able to ask questions.
If Roblox provides the ability to ask questions by text chat virtually (that does not operate through Discord or Guilded) I will be signing up for it. (although I have a feeling after my comments last year on an RDC 2021 requirement, that I will not be accepted (just want to clarify, my views would of been different if Roblox stated that they was forced to have the requirement which I think they was)
Will developers be able to stream RDC 2022 if Roblox isn’t doing an official stream?
Would be nice if @chewbeccca or someone can clarify these things for me.

Hoping I get invited this year, last year my team got invited but I didn’t 
I really like the idea of having the Bloxy’s during RDC, very cool! Hopefully, it will be easier for international developers to attend this year, as I imagine it was a hassle or impossible last year with all the travel restrictions.

Does this mean that we will have no Bloxy awards experience this year in favor of something that can be presented at RDC? If so, this is incredibly disappointing as it means users will have to watch a YouTube video rather than watching it within a Roblox experience which breaks the immersion.

Can’t wait to see what #RDC2022 has to bring for us this year! These past years have been an amazing experience very astonishing. I am extremely excited to see what Roblox will bring us this year including the developers on the platform!
This is very cool! The idea of presenting development-related awards in a developer conference truly makes a lot of sense to execute.
Being able to get awarded in person, in front of developers. I doubt anyone wouldn’t want to! Really awesome!
Too bad the coronavirus situation is still awful here and I don’t want to spend time on the quarantine thing either. Hopefully next year I can be able to attend in person as well as other developer conferences like dubdub
