As of the latest update, opening any save file will not respect the user’s R6/R15 avatar from the website while testing solo via F5 or F6, as was the case prior to this update. The user is instead forced into the R15 rig which is problematic for any game built around the R6 rig. No change was made to F7 server testing and it still forces the user into the R6 rig. Creating a new place still respects the user’s selected avatar choice but will force the user back into R15 as soon as that place is saved and re-opened.

Are you working off of local save files instead of publishing your changes?
Local Saves
Local save files will use player choice for avatar type, published files will use the option of the game it’s published to. Seems pretty reasonable as there’s not really option for avatar type linked to the actual file.
My avatar is R6 yet it still forces me into R15.

I have a fix in progress to solve the issue. When the fix is live, Studio will use your avatar’s current avatar type for unpublished places, instead of defaulting to R15.
