Scaling a rotated skinned mesh messes up bone location

Reproduction Steps:
step 1: Take any skinned mesh imported through avatar importer.

step 2: Rotate mesh.

step 3: Resize mesh.

Expected Behavior:
I expect the mesh to be resized, and not to have the bones to be in messed up positions.

Actual Behavior:

It seems to reset all the bones to their original positions had the mesh not been rotated, this is a lot clearer in the second video.

Workaround:
make sure the mesh is facing its import direction when resizing.

I’ve had this issue occur as well. When I import a custom rig using the avatar importer, move the skinned mesh from its spawn location, and then rotate or scale it, the mesh deformation glitches, and the result is what the OP is experiencing.
