Scaling Irises (Dynamic Heads)

I’m currently in the process of making anime dynamic heads for a project I’m working on, however while creating it I noticed an issue that I would face. I want to be able to scale the irises similar to anime characters for more expression such as being shocked or angry.

(look at the bottom left of the image for an example of what im talking about)

While I could make another dynamic head with smaller irises I feel as though that would be tedious because the project I’m working on will have character customization. I’m a solo dev so creating multiple dynamic heads just for a simple effect is not really an option. This could really all be avoided if roblox just added blendshapes/shapekeys but it is what it is I guess.

Anyone know some options I could do to achieve the effect I want? (Also sorry if I put this in the wrong category)

Maybe you could try putting the smaller irises inside of the larger ones, and set the transparency of the larger ones to 1 when necessary although If the irises are a part of the texture I’d create a new model, or part in studio with the irises on them and instead change the image ID to your smaller iris when needed.

You can probably try slapping the irises ontop of the dynamic head as a separate mesh/part and manipulate the irises to your liking, separate from the actual head. (The dynamic head itself will have no iris essentially).
