Dear Roblox Trust & Safety Team,

I am a staff member of a Discord server with over 70,000 members focused on the Roblox Studio platform and community. As our server continues to grow we’ve unfortunately seen an increasing number of scam reports involving Roblox users. We are implementing a dedicated scam investigation system to track and collect evidence when users report.

While doing this, we often identify and verify the Roblox user IDs of those involved in scams. We would like to work with Roblox to ensure this information can be reported efficiently and securely.

Questions:

  1. Is there an official channel or tool where we can directly report verified scammer Roblox user IDs?

  2. Does Roblox offer any automated systems (bot or API endpoint) that could streamline reporting from trusted communities?

  3. Would it be possible to collaborate more directly with your Trust & Safety or moderation teams to help protect the community?
