I’m really lost of scenery ideas ( the station is meant to be a rural one ).

Maybe it should be a bunch of pine trees and the tracks go into a mountain?
I would suggest maybe having a few buildings or a small downtown around the area the train station is in. Even if it’s a rural area, a train station wouldn’t be built if there was nobody to use it. You could also have a few parking spaces nearby.
Well, if it is rural, probably an area that consists of small apartment buildings and a couple houses, place some farm fields surrounding the town, maybe add some house tracks with some consist on them, maybe an engine, You could add some trees like oaks, pines, maples, etc. A parking lot would be necessary, speed limit sign on the tracks, lights on the tracks, maybe a couple of power lines in the farm fields.
The statue of Qin2007 is a genius idea.
I think depending on what region you are modeling, I would suggest some gentle rolling hills and maybe a few trees. Definitely add more track and a locomotive pulling in to the station. I could also see a little farm in the distance or a little village over the horizon. Hope it helps!
A road crossing the railway would be interesting.
