one single advice ( because everything looks really neat)
i think the neon on the humanoids looks alright but the main issue is the neon around
and the two neon blocks on the top, looks kinda weird somehow
and the two towers neon ( rlly on the top)

The render’s focal point is hindered by slightly excessive blur. It would be better if there was some distinction in the foreground, middle ground, and background because the rigs and backdrop of the scene make the render look flat.

I feel it’s hard to see the soldiers, they blend into the background a little too much.

Real great job. You should use more shades of orange since it is kind of hard to see the soldiers.
