Depends what kind of sci-fi city. Your current post is a bit too vague.

it’s futuristic and i guess it is a bit vague
I guess it would have skyscrapers, a (mostly) blue and white theme (some grey would be good too) and LOTS OF NEON LIGHTS.
However, that is just my idea. Don’t be limited to it.
Exactly what Sn1p3rSc0p3 stated is usually how skyscrapers in a futuristic style are built, which I do agree with how they suggested not to be limited to those ideas.
Personally, it is always nice to go a little bit crazy with things like these. I suggest generally looking at a range of ‘Futuristic skyscrapers’ designs simply on google images. I always get a ton of inspiration off these and they absolutely help when my imagination doesn’t what to contribute. Here are some I found off google in a few seconds.
