Pulse Rifle a Destiny 2 inspired gun. Therefore I feel though it does need some Texturing and some scars to it, to give it that good battle look 
Other things could be added but at this point not quite sure, so just be sure to let me know!

Yup! They indeed do, though I am not trying to completely copy a gun from Destiny 2 but here is kind of an example to show.

To be completely honest, your gun looks better than the one in Destiny 2 
However, I do think you should add some textures to your version.

The top “barrel” of the gun is the actual barrel, where the bullets are fired. The bottom “barrel” is called a gas piston, and is responsible for cycling the gun back and forth so a new round is chambered after the one before was fired. It may not be a gas piston, since this is a futuristic gun. Hope this helps.
