This is the first time I have ever made something Sci-Fi. I think it looks ok

Nice building, but I think the building would look better at a darker setting, like you can make it night time.

There is lots of rooms for improvement. It looks like a brick and a wedge stacked on top of each other with lots of neon lines on it.
Despite the fact that it was his first sci-fi build it looks nice, but I agree maybe add antennas on the roof or something like that.
Yes. There should be some more details such as a door or something.
Maybe make the neon parts less bright but other than that it looks good.
