Welcome to Scones! Being one of the greatest tropical bakeries on Roblox, our main goal is to create an experience unlike anything you’ve ever had at another group. We guarantee that after tasting our bread when you first walk in, you’ll want to come back for more. Taste our milkshakes; we look forward to having you visit.

Training Sessions

This will be updated later; at this time, there are no scheduled training sessions.

Rank Structure

Islander: A conventional group member; guest.

Noted Customer: An individual who has had an impact on Scones, former employees, donors, etc.

Business Advocate Individuals who speak for their organization within the Scones Communications server.

Trainee: Expecting to go through the attendant training process.

Attendant: Fresh out of training, You started at the Attendant Ranks and immediately began creating fresh bread in the bakery.

Skilled Attendant: Second Chef rank achieved by going to trainings.

Master Attendant: The final position that is open is the last rank attendant post, which is eligible for a Management Team rank. Shown enough activity and social abilities to be promoted to this level.


MR Team

House Assistant: The newest member of our MR team, who is concentrated on reaching their goals to be recognized as an official MR member. They will go through a series of tests to demonstrate their commitment to our business, and at the end of the week, our staffing department will decide whether or not to allow them to become a member of the team.

Supervisor: Those in this rank are responsible for properly managing the restaurant, making sure training is held in a secure environment, etc.

Assistant Manager: Since they have the power to run sessions, make sure training is streamed regularly, and organize events all week long, those in this position are seen as the right hand of those in management positions.

Manager: Managers can work in the staff management or public relations departments in addition to the duties listed above. For the duration of their career at Scones, they will stay in this department.


HR Team

Corporate Assistant: First HR Team rank has responsibilities for staff management and/or relations within the department. They support the departmental leaders and keep things moving in their specialized areas.

Corporate Officer: HR Team Rank 2. The co-leads of respective departments are the individuals holding this position. They also participate in regular team activities and duties related to the company as a whole.

Corporate Director: Individuals holding this title are either the Lead of the Staff Management Team, which oversees staff, compliance, and promotions, or the Head of the Relations Team, which manages partners, events, and other matters, depending on the department they are assigned to.


Leadership Team

Vice President: This role is held by members of the Leadership Team who manage all operations. They also guarantee that Scones is safe.

Co Owner: The Co Owner will assist with MR+ operations, community outreach, and development. They support the Owner and keep an eye on everything.

Owner: The individual holding this status is a member of the Leadership Team. They exercise total control and oversee the operation of the business in addition to the Co-Owner.

Recipe Guide

As of right now, Scones lacks a recipe guide. But we will allow attendants to customize whatever dish they like by integrating an interactive system that showcases all of our mouthwatering pastries made by the Leadership & Development Team.

Regulations

Appropriateness: When visiting the bakery, we kindly ask that you be yourself, but in a mature manner. It is forbidden to troll, wear or listen to anything objectionable, or bypass. If that is the case, an immediate ban will be put in place.

Respect: Throughout your visits to the bakery, we politely ask that you show the highest respect to every employee. We may have awkward situations and misunderstandings, but it does not justify rude behavior.

Conflicts: Everyone will inevitably have a contradiction that leads to additional problems, however in our game, we ask that it be either privately discussed or presented to the DMs. We won’t put up with any kind of harsh conversation or unfavorable tension.

Consequences: We have a code of conduct plan for visitors who break the rules. A kick will be issued before a ban for common trolling, disdain, immaturity, or anything else along those lines. A p-ban will be issued as soon as anything bordering on bypassing, exploiting, or hacking.

Ban Appeals

Use this format to request a revocation if, for any reason, you have been banned from our server. Any specific conclusions will be communicated to you by a member of the HR Team.

Requirements:

  • You must hold up to 24 hours after your consequence in order to appeal.
  • Permit us 48 hours to audit your request.
  • Trolling or any sort of joke in your offer will result in a full changeless ban.
  • Don’t express any frame of backfire if our outcome isn’t what you wanted.
  • Reply to the questions like you mean it, we must know your actions have improved.
  • You may re-appeal two weeks after your previous submission.
