Scoop’d Information
Code of Conduct
0.1 Inappropriate Clothing: We only allow appropriate attire in Scoop’d facilities. Usage of bypassed clothing will result in one reminder to change, then a ban from the parlor. References to appropriate clothing can be found below.
Appropriate Clothing Examples:
• Clothing that doesn’t expose full body
• Clothing that doesn’t include any gory content
• Clothing that doesn’t hide inappropriate references
0.2 Inappropriate Language: Any bypassed statements or majorly disturbing statements will result in a ban from parlor. This includes swear words (Not slurs), controversial statements, etc. Usage of slurs or segregational speech will result in a permanent ban. We aim to keep an all-age friendly experience.
0.3 Parlor Disturbances: Any disturbances at the parlor (ex. Trolling, Exploiting, etc.) will result in punishment depending on the situation. Scoop’d is a roleplay experience, and obnoxious behavior doesn’t contribute to the environment. We have a much larger set of rules that don’t have to be stated, which is why we ask that you use your common sense. Moderators will have the ability to enforce punishment if your behavior is unjust.
Alliance Guide
As of right now, Scoop’d isn’t accepting any partnership applications. However, our requirements can be found below for future references! Expected qualities from applicants:
• 1K Members Minimum (800 for exception)
• Good Discord member ratio to group members
• Cannot sell ranks above LR
• Must be consistent in activity
• Must be organized and professional
When our application status is open, feel free to submit a partnership request by Direct Messaging our support bot (Can be found in our Communications Server!) Once we ensure that you qualify, you’ll be sent a format to fill out.
Ban Appeal
Discord or Roblox Appeal:
Good news! If you’re banned, Scoop’d is accepting ban appeals. To submit one, please direct message any Executive Assistant or over with a paragraph appealing it, and make sure you mention if you’re banned in the Roblox or Discord. While we don’t enforce any requirements, we’d heavily suggest following our suggestions below to have your appeal accepted.
• Minimum of four sentences
• Appeal states why you’ve been banned and your apology
• Appeal is after a week of being banned
Note that if your appeal is accepted, you aren’t exempted from any future consequences. You may also be permanently banned after three server bans.
Staff Blacklist Appeal:
If you’ve been blacklisted from joining our staff team, you’ll only be given permission to have an accepted appeal once. Afterward, another blacklist will be permanent. If you’re currently on your first strike, please contact a member of the Employment Department.
Frequently Asked Questions
I’m banned from the game. Why so?
We have a code of conduct set in place for our players to ensure an appropriate experience. If you’ve been permanently banned, you’ve broken one of these rules. To appeal your ban, please refer to our ban appeal category. If you feel that your ban was unfair, please contact an Executive Assistant or over.
Can I become a Middle Rank with safechat?
Unfortunately, we only allow individuals without safechat to become a Middle Rank. This is to ensure that all MRs are above the age of 13, and to ensure that low ranks recieve top quality moderation. You can still join in on the fun of being a low rank!
I got demoted. Can I get my job back?
As long as you aren’t pbanned, we allow all low ranks to go through the process of getting their job back. This can be done by following the steps below. Note that exceeding three demotions will result in a permanent ban.
I want to become a High Rank. How do I become one?
By extremely rare chances, we’ll open up resumes to the community for the chance of becoming a High Rank. Otherwise, you’ll have to become a Middle Rank and work your way up. Information on becoming an MR can be found in our Team Leader Information category. Have any more questions? Open a support ticket!
Employment Information
Promotion Guide
Customer ▸ Trainee
To become a Trainee, you must go through an application. You can receive this application by joining our group, joining our parlor, and talking to our Island Manager. She can be found behind the pool. After you pass the application, you’ll automatically be ranked to trainee.
Trainee ▸ Junior Scooper
Now that you’re a trainee, you must attend and pass a training to rank up! Trainings are scheduled at specific times. You can find these times in our Session Schedule category. Once you pass the session, your trainer will give you the Junior Scooper rank. This will grant you a further sum of authorities in our parlor.
Junior Scooper ▸ Experienced Scooper
Congratulations on passing a training! Moving on, if you’d like to advance to Experienced Scooper, you need to get at least 50 points.
Experienced Scooper ▸ Senior Scooper
To get Senior Scooper, you need to attend another training session. This time you will take part in your Senior Scooper orientation and learn about your new commands and role.
Senior Scooper ▸ Staff Assistant
This is your final step as a low rank. To become an MR, you must meet certain requirements and show dedication to the company. This does not mean spending hours at a time playing Scoop’d. Instead, this means displaying consistent activity and passion toward your job. A more detailed guide can be found under our Team Leader Information section.
Team Leader Information
If you’re interested in becoming a Team Leader (Staff Assistant trial rank) then you have two options! One is to work up. This won’t take long, as our employment department actively searches for new management members on a daily basis. Your second option is applying for Staff Assistant, which is an infrequent opportunity.
In order to qualify for Team Leader, you must meet the requirements below:
• Evidence of motivation and activity
• The rank of Senior Scooper (View Promotion Guide)
• Verified in our Communications Server (13+)
• No safechat or account restrictions
If you plan to work up, we’d suggest having a consistent schedule. We wouldn’t encourage working multiple hours a day, as this will drain your motivation possibly before reaching the rank you’d like. We also look at important traits. These include leadership, responsibility, professionalism, and respect. Our employment department will notice you if you meet all of these standards!
Session Schedule
Our trainings have specified times. In order to successfully make it, we’d highly suggest joining the Training Center ten minutes earlier than the times below. Also note that sessions are commonly held in one server, meaning that alternative servers may not be hosted!
• Weekday Times: 9 AM EST, 12 PM EST, 3 PM EST & 6 PM EST
• Weekend Times: 12 PM EST, 2 PM EST, 4 PM EST, 6 PM EST & 8 PM EST.
• Trainings aren’t guaranteed to occur at these times.
