Just showcasing some more of my SCP Facility. I had a lot of people question certain aspects like the tree or waterfall, and whilst they were requested by the relevant overseers, I still think they show a bit of creativity, so kept them in despite the criticism.

Thanks for the feedback. I have been working hard on it for a few months now and its almost completed, there is a lot more that is completed that has not been shown yet, I am trying to keep it in line with what the community gets to see.
However, the programming side of the game still has a lot left to be done before it will be released. My programming partner is busy and doesn’t get much done unfortunately, so I am trying to align with that.
Ok that actually looks pretty damn good. Just make sure to keep the vertex count down on your models to reduce lag. My optimal amount for a small model is less than 1k, and less than 5k for a larger model. You can go over just don’t on a model that will be used a lot.
Thanks Phillip. There is still a lot more interior to come, but these bits shown were built in just under a week. There are still more departmental wings to come, which will complete the civil part of the interior!
Great build! It looks better than most scp games that we have today, I don’t really see a need for improvement more, I think this is perfect! Keep up the good work yo! Hope we can see more posts like this.
in terms of the build, there’s nice detail and nothing pops out as low quality.
what does seem to be very lacking though is the lighting. it’s quite bleak and not in a good way.
first of all, i’d suggest you at the very least experiment around with future. both shadowmap and future can look good but in this case it’s not complementing the build as much as it could be.
