Area 27 Site Practice Regulations

§1.1 - Radio Regulations

§1.1.1 - No messages must be sent which are unnecessary.
- Unnecessary messages are messages which don’t contain relevant and important information to site individuals.
- §1.1.2 - All breaches must be reported in the respective channel(s) as soon as possible.
- §1.1.3 - All messages must be in English and use punctuation and grammar in accordance with Foundation Law.
- §1.1.4 - All messages must be sent in the correct channels and must fit the channel topic/purpose.
- §1.1.5 - No messages should be relayed to persons who do not have the correct clearance to view said channel.
§1.2 - Weapon Regulations

§1.2.1 - Unauthorised Discharge is prohibited.
- Unauthorised Discharge is using a weapon (shooting) without an authorised purpose.

§1.2.2 - Termination of persons without a valid purpose.

Termination is only authorised when:
- Class-D’s are not following foundation directives (including but not limited to, combative instruction and posted site instructions).
- In self defense (self defense is when you are preventing your own or someone else’s unlawful termination).
- Killing infected personnel.
- A rogue personnel cannot be detained or is threatening site security (trespassing in sensetive or [REDACTED] areas).

Termination is only authorised when:

§1.2.3 - Personnel must not transfer weapons to unauthorized persons.
- The transfer of weapons includes but is not limited to: Willingly allowing unauthorized personnel to get access to a weapon or giving them a weapon using adminstrative power or other methods.
§1.3 - Safety Regulations

§1.3.1 - Reckless behaviour shall not be tolerated.
- Careless actions taken without need or due care that endangers the site or it’s personnel.

§1.3.2 - Failure to follow instructions given by personnel with authorative power.
- Authorative power is someone who has the ability to instruct you on site.

§1.3.3 - SCP Containments shall not be entered or interacted without authorisation.
- Caution must be taken whilst in their vicinity.
§1.4 - Testing Regulations
- §1.4.1 - Testers should always follow their department guidelines on testing.

§1.4.2 - Personnel who can test:
- Personnel who hold Omni-Clearance.
- Medical Personnel who are authorised to assist other authorised personnel.
- Scientific Department Members who are cleared by their authorative members.
- §1.4.3 - All tests must have a pre-defined reason, test parameters & outcome.
- §1.4.4 - Tests must be conducted in a manner which is safe, ethical and humane.
The Site Directorate Body as well as any relevant legislative bodies reserve the right to punish anyone who is acting in a blatantly unethical manner.
