Engineering Department (Level 0 Required)

Who: Personnel responsible for maintaining and repairing Foundation infrastructure.
Access: Maintenance and repair areas; engineering schematics.
How to Obtain: Apply for the Engineering Department via the Application Center.

Department of External Affairs (Level 0 Required)

Who: Personnel handling public relations, media control, and external communications.
Access: Public communication channels and external organization contact lists.
How to Obtain: Apply for the Department of External Affairs via the Application Center.

Scientific Department (Level 0 Required)

Who: Researchers and scientists studying anomalous entities and phenomena.
Access: Research labs, experimental data, and scientific documentation.
How to Obtain: Apply for the Scientific Department via the Application Center.

Medical Department (Level 0 Required)

Who: Medical professionals providing care and conducting biomedical research.
Access: Medical facilities, patient records, and research data.
How to Obtain: Apply for the Medical Department via the Application Center.

Security Department (Level 0 Required)

Who: Personnel responsible for maintaining safety and containing anomalies.
Access: Security protocols, containment procedures, and surveillance systems.
How to Obtain: Apply for the Security Department via the Application Center.

Mobile Task Forces (MTF) (Level 0 Required)

Who: Elite operatives deployed for high-risk missions.
Access: Mission-specific briefings, tactical equipment, and restricted areas.
How to Obtain: Selection based on performance and expertise within other departments.

Internal Security Department (Level 2 Required)

Who: Personnel monitoring for breaches of protocol and security risks.
Access: Personnel records, surveillance data, and internal communication channels.
How to Obtain: Selection based on loyalty and compliance within the Foundation (Requires Level 2 Clearance).


Clearance Levels

Clearance levels determine access to sensitive information and areas within the Foundation. Below is a summary of each level:

Level 0

Who: Default clearance for new Foundation personnel, typically janitors.
Access: Basic facility access; no interaction with anomalies.
How to Obtain: Successfully applying for the role of Level 0 to ENABLE joining a department.

Level 1

Who: Current or former department members in entry-level positions.
Access: Limited department-specific information and areas.
How to Obtain: Successfully applying for the role of Level 1 AFTER joining a department.

Level 2

Who: More experienced current or former department members.
Access: Broader access to department information and some restricted areas.
How to Obtain: Demonstrating proficiency and experience in Level 1 role.

Level 3

Who: Current department middle-ranking members.
Access: Comprehensive department access and lower-level leadership capabilities.
How to Obtain: Promotion based on exceptional performance in a Department.

Level 4

Who: Current directors of departments.
Access: Full access to department operations and high-level Foundation information.
How to Obtain: Appointment to directorate position based on leadership and expertise.

Area Director

Who: Elected Level 4 staff, each responsible for on-site events & activities.
Access: Granted additional Level 5 clearance to aide on-site activities.
How to Obtain: Election or invitation to Area Director based on dedication as a Level 4.

O5 Council

Who: Elected Level 4 staff, each managing a specific department.
Access: Highest level of clearance; oversee entire Foundation operations.
How to Obtain: Election to O5 Council based on exceptional leadership and departmental expertise.
