Is this in game, or in Studio?
Your video doesn’t show anything for me except the screen with no mouse icon showing and no movement at all.
Does your mouse work on your computer normally, or is it just in Roblox?
Is your right mouse button broken?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Roblox Player or Roblox Studio (whichever one you are having issues with)?
Check for problems with guis as they can cause trouble with mouse movement. Also check if it works within other projects so u know its a problem within the project.
