I like it, it definitely has an ambience going for it. Only thing I don’t really see right is the neon red lines, they just don’t seem to belong there maybe change it to another color?

Seems to dissociate from the billy theme. I don’t see why you would go for a more serious tone for a character package that’s so goofy. That being said, the build itself looks good, just could use some color/lighting tweaks.
