Any way I run the place, the content is cached:
If lucky, it will only cache on the 2nd run.
No plugins, happens on 2 windows 10 computers for me.
EDIT:
In team create, it caches after it warns you it won’t save your changes.
This is expected behavior. What are you trying to use this for?
