Script Editor Autocomplete fails to automatically close at end of statement or when clicking away

Basically, it should be closing when I click away to edit another part of my script but instead locks me in until I manually press esc or accept the recommended completion. In addition, it stays open at the end of a complete statement. It isn’t possible to create a newline, say, after the word and as it will autocomplete to Random. Previously, this was not an issue.

I’ve experienced this bug since the release of the Multi-Cursor Script Editing about a week ago, and would appreciate if it were fixed soon as this really makes it frustrating to use the script editor right now. I am on the windows platform and my studio is up to date as of this post.

I can confirm this is still occurring for me as well despite being marked as resolved on the previous bug report. @swmaniac

Hello, thank you for the bug report. This issue should now be fixed after a Studio restart.

Thank you for the update. Regrettably, because of this issue, we have had to roll back the Studio release to the previous version v582, which does not contain the fix for the Autocomplete sticking issue. Once Studio v583 is released, the bug should be fixed (again). Apologies for the inconvenience.
