Script edtior not applying edits

Reproduction Steps
Open any place with Team Create enabled and try to apply edits for any script.

Expected Behavior
The edits are supposed to go through to the Team Create server.

Actual Behavior
The edits do not get applied. It seems like some server group is being overloaded as sometimes the edits go through in a giant batch many minutes later.

Thank you for the report - we have identified the problem and backed out the broken fast flag. Script Editor should now sync properly after a Studio restart.
