Script Version History Display Issue

In Roblox Studio, the script version history is displayed entirely in grayscale, with no colors. This affects the ability to quickly identify changes, as no color cues are provided.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open any script’s version history in Roblox Studio.
  2. Observe that the version history display lacks color and is stuck in grayscale.

Expected Behavior:
Version history should show colored code to help identify differences across versions.

Actual Behavior:
Version history is entirely grayscale, making it harder to distinguish changes.

Additional Notes:
Reloading Roblox Studio and adjusting settings did not resolve the issue.

Hello, I was unable to reproduce this, but may this will work for you:

Go to studio settings > Script Editor > Large File Character Threshold & Large File Line Count Threshold and make the number to something like “99999999”. (If this lags your computer, make it lower.)

Try this, and let me know if it fixes it.

The same still happens even with a huge line limit.

Thanks for the report! I filed a ticket in our internal database and we’ll follow up when we have an update for you.

Hi, this issue should now be fixed. Please let me know if you encounter any issues. Thanks!
