Builder
We are looking for a realistic, experienced builder to join our team and build our games and do updates once in a while. We expect high quality realistic products. Example:
We need a professional experienced scripter to join our team to create various products like a gate system, a ticket giver, a operating booth etc.
PAYMENT= 30%
Modeler
We are looking for a modeler to model cars (without chasis) on a basis. We are looking for realistic cars. We want different car classes. We expect you to use our chassis and be able to attach it to your car model, and size it to be realistic. (No scripting needed)
PAYMENT= 20%

I think you should have pay beforehand for all the developers as the project can fail that’s only if you’re going to use percentages. I think you also should add more information about this task.
