[Scripter] Looking for someone who can create an up/down terrain movement script with custom rigs!

About Us

Hi there! I’m from a group that goes by the name of “Wandering Spirit”. You can find our studios here: Wandering Spirit - Roblox . We are on the path to creating some animal roleplays. Right now, we’re working on a game inspired by Animal Jam and Club Penguin. However, we hope to create a better experience with our rigs, by offering terrain up/down movement. For example, in the game inspired by Animal Jam, we have a crocodile. and we figure that upon spawning into it, when it climbs up hills - it’s poor face will always collide into the terrain, making it appear quite awkward.

By making the rig able to rotate to the degree of the terrain it is on, it will offer for a much better appearance, more emersion, and it won’t appear as awkward.

About The Job

This job will feature a one-time payment, and will not offer any placements on our development team. We ask that this script be clearly organized, and that our scripter, @Nyapaw, may observe it with ease (without any struggles from lack of organization). This script must run smoothly, and must be as unlaggy as possible. The terrain movements must not appear choppy. It must have proper code convention. This is an example of one of my rigs that you could use as a base to code from (all of my rigs are placed into the same format and name of parts):

This is an example of what we want:

Payment

For this script, we will be offering a one-time payment of 35k robux, though depending on the difficulty, this payment may be negotiated.

Whew 35k is a huge over-payment for something like this :scream:

Some quick applications of the cross/dot product, a little knowledge of CFrames, and of course tried and true lerping gives you a pretty good result.

I give the above free of charge! If it’s what you’re looking for you can tip me out of good faith, but nowhere near 35k

Good luck and enjoy!
