Script Tools
Script Tools is a plugin that I have been working on for about 1 month now. It has simple things, like quickly creating empty scripts, quickly creating multiple types of a script, and inserting different premade scripts! These all happen wherever you are selecting, and will automatically select itself once created!

PLANNED FEATURES

Features
  • Add localscript and module support for empty script creation
  • Better GUI for everything
  • More types of premade scripts
  • Better descriptions in the premade scripts of what each part does
  • Way to disable the automatic selection

CURRENT PREMADE SCRIPTS

Types
  • Leaderboard Script - creates leaderboard with premade value for “coins”
  • Random Number Script - generates random number
  • On Touch Script - does action when player collides with the part
  • Stage Up Script - Assumes you have leaderboard “Stage” value, changes stage when player touches it

I need help from you guys to help me make a list of helpful scripts that would be useful to have quickly within reach!
quick note: the custom script creation does have multi-line support

i don’t understand how this would be useful. can’t somebody just create a new script and start typing?

forget the create custom script, it is pretty useless, but the other 2 are useful. the first one allows you to add empty scripts quicker without searching for them, while the other one has premade scripts that allow for quick use.

well the second one does allow you to quickly make multiple of the same script. Forgot about that :confused:

local script and module scripts are now supported with uploading empty scripts

if anyone has ideas for premade scripts that would be useful, please tell me so i can add it

I think a key feature which should be added is the ability to add and save your own premade scripts across studio instead of having premade scripts which come with the plugin as that is severely limiting and not entirely wanted however having the ability to have access to your own scripts across studio without having to open another place or scroll through your filed may be useful. Furthermore, the GUI is extremely ugly and really needs a revamp.

As, said, it is work in progress, so the GUI is gonna be trash for a while, and the sad part is that i’m not fully sure how to make a true script saver where you can upload your own scripts, so until then, i will just continue to add more premade scripts.
