Scripts and LocalScripts are being delayed by nothing

  1. What do you want to achieve? LocalScripts and Normal Scripts working normally

  2. What is the issue? The issue is that the game delays scripts and localscripts for 2 mins for no reason, and after these 2 minutes everything is working properly and then that can happen again

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? I tried fixing that bug but noticed that in Roblox Studio everything is okay, and it happens only when you create server on the normal roblox
