ScrollBarImageTransparency of a ScrollingFrame doesn't update visually when the Interactable property is set to false

When setting the Interactable property of a ScrollingFrame to false, any changes made to the ScrollBarImageTransparency property are not visually reflected. That is, updating the transparency value does not change the appearance of the scrollbar.
