Bug:
Scrolling Frame Automatic Canvas Size does not work in Studio

System Information:
Windows 10
i7 9750H
GTX 1650
16Gb DDR4 RAM
1Tb NVMe SSD

Expected Behavior:
Scrolling Frame scales canvas size to items in frame

Actual Behavior:
Scrolling Frame does not scale canvas size to items in frame. If you update a property of the scrolling frame then the canvas size updates to fit the items in the frame. See video attached
