Im having an issue lately that i cant scroll on scrollingframes inside SurfaceGui.
I checked to disable/enable or change some properties inside the scrolling frame.
Either mouse scroll or the bar are working.

Enable the “interactive” or “active” property on the scrolling frame. And then it should work. If not them I’m sorry.

Try enabling the property “Active”. I hope this helps.
Make sure there are no parts in the way, even invisible ones can stop you from grabbing it
i already enabled active on the scrollingframe and on the parent, but the bar is still not working
Well then I don’t know… But I’m sure that the mobile players can still scroll. 
the bar works, but the “hitbox” is somehow on the top and small
when you scroll down is the hitbox still on that small part ?
no, it just stopped responding after i scrolled down
its most likely a part in the way then, try looking for anything in the way

I made a part and moved it a bit from the leaderboard and i putted the ui into the new part, now it works!
btw one question, is there a way that i can set two messages as solutions?
No, but if anyone had the same problem and came across this post they’d see both solutions so it’s not a problem
