Scrolling Frame UI Help

I am trying to use this Scrolling Frame UI, and inside of it I put a UI List layout. When I put the layout inside the frame the frame not only when you scroll down it’s not there, all of the items that are suppose to be in the frame are below it.

The Solutions I’ve tried so far is setting all of the Buttons Positions and Anchor points to 0, didn’t help because it’s overidden by the layout. I tried putting the Layout inside of the ScreenGui instead of the scrolling frame which did actually work, but then I couldnt move the scrolling frame around at all. I will send a picture of what is going on below does anyone know what could possibly cause this?

Have you tried increasing the canvas size of the scrolling frame? Or the Y-Scale? Mainly since Scrolling Frames, like other frames, have sizes, so once you reach the bottom of the frame (usually 2x the size) it clips stuff out of it.
