When you try scroll a scrolling frame on mobile, it instantly sets the scrolling to fully scrolled in the direction you swipe!
Please fix. My game relies on scrolling frames!
What device are you testing on? I think this bug may be android only.

Sorry to bump this, but I really need this fixed. It’s been going on for so long now and it cuts the number of mobile players in my game.

We tried a general solution fix, did not work. Currently looking closer into it.
Can confirm it’s fixed. As well as tweening methods.
