ScrollingFrame API Reference page fails to fully load

The ScrollingFrame API reference page fails to fully load. I have only come across this issue with this particular API reference page.

Version: 69.0.2 (64-bit)

I’ve been experiencing the same problem on Chrome. I started experiencing this issue right when I needed the information from it!
