ScrollingFrame inside Billboard GUI does not work with mouse wheel

The scrolling frame in my billboard GUI cannot be scrolled using the mouse wheel, only by dragging the scroll bar. It works perfectly on mobile (it can be scrolled by clicking and dragging inside the frame), but not PC.

I have looked on the dev forum for solutions, but nothing has worked.
Is there a way to fix this?

Same with me. Devs say they fixed it but the issue persists
