ScrollingFrame won't scroll to all the contents at the bottom

I encountered a problem where I could not scroll all the way down to the bottom of the scrolling frame. I tried the canvas size script it would not work. Heres a video:

there are more frames under the other ones and i cant go down

could I see the explorer? Can’t tell the problem with just a simple video(especially when it comes to Gui)
