Any objects within a ScrollingFrame are supposed to only be visible within the ScrollingFrame’s area, but if you rotate one of the objects then that behaviour doesn’t work and they display anyways.
Why not use an image for this situation?
Also, rotated objects are not supported with clipping, including ScrollingFrames.

This is an image, but I’ve gotten around it by just creating a new rotated image.
