Competition Routine Requirements

Mini Soloist: Lyrical

  • 2 Turns (Spin or Turn of your choice)

  • 1 Change in Direction

  • 2 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 1 Lyrical Combo (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 1 Pose (Any pose of your choice)

Mini Group: Lyrical

  • 2 Turns (Turn of your choice)

  • 2 Changes in Direction

  • 2 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 1 Lyrical Combos (Turn, pose, or flip combos)

  • 1 Pose (Any pose of your choice)

  • 1 Group Combo (Lift, set, rhythmic section)

Mini Soloist: Acro

  • 3 Flips (Tumbling)

  • 1 Stunt (Any jump, acrobatic of your choice)

  • 1 Acro Combo (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 2 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 1 Roll (Dive rolls, side, etc)

  • 1 Turn (Spin or Turn of your choice)

Mini Group: Acro

  • 4 Flips (Tumbling and flips like cartwheels, handsprings, walkovers, etc)

  • 3 Stunts (Any jump, acrobatic of your choice)

  • 2 Acro combos (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 3 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 2 Rolls (Dive rolls, side, etc)

  • 2 Turns (Spin or Turn of your choice, can be all together or one person)

Junior Soloist: Lyrical

  • 3 Turns (Spins or Turns of your choice)

  • 2 Changes in Direction

  • 3 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 1 Lyrical Combo (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 2 Poses (Any pose of your choice)

  • 1 Any acro flip of your choice (Cartwheel, handspring, handstand, etc)

Junior Group: Lyrical

  • 4 Turns (Spins or Turns of your choice)

  • 3 Changes in direction

  • 4 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 2 Lyrical combos (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 2 Poses (Pose of your choice, sassy, etc)

  • Includes 1 prop within the routine (Ball, mat, cloth, etc)

Junior Soloist: Acro

  • 6 Flips (Tumbling and flips like cartwheels, handsprings, walkovers, etc)

  • 4 Stunts (Any jump, acrobatic of your choice)

  • 3 Acro combos (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 3 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 2 Splits (Split of your choice)

  • 3 Rolls (Dive rolls, side, etc)

  • 1 Turn (Spin or Turn of your choice)

Junior Group: Acro

  • 8 Flips (Tumbling and flips like cartwheels, handsprings, walkovers, etc)

  • 5 Stunts (Any jump, acrobatic of your choice)

  • 5 Combos (Turn, pose, or flips)

  • 4 Leaps (Leap of your choice)

  • 3 Splits (Split of your choice)

  • 4 Rolls (Dive rolls, side, etc)

  • 2 Turns (Spin or Turn of your choice, can be all together or one person)

  • Includes 1 prop within the routine (Ball, mat, cloth, etc)
