Search image/decal by id on website

I have a material that i want to change the color of, but changing the part color changes nothing. So i want to change the colormap in a editing program and import it back to Roblox. But i can’t save the image because its only a id. So how do i search this image on the website by its id? And is it even allowed to edit someone else’s image?
