When you search for a specific username, sometimes it ranks lower than other users.
Example: Cindering
Moded
Expected behavior
I expect it to work like it did since the beginning of roblox, where the exact username match has top priority

I’m not sure if this is related, but If I search for users in the toolbox, I only get the right name 50% percent of the time. I search “ROBLOX”, and I get everybody with the word “Roblox” in their name, except for the actual account. This happens when I search for Monstercat, or any other user.

?
I’ve been experiencing this for quite a while now, it seems to prioritize online users over exact matches.
The best thing to do right now is what overflowed suggested.
This is not really a viable solution, the intended purpose of the search box is quite literally to find a specific username
This is in fact a viable solution as the url quite literally leads straight to the profile of the provided username and there is absolutely no way that roblox will upend their search algorithm/results from a lone bug report
