The mannequin is Avaete the famous clothing designer.
Looks alright, however I’m not the biggest fan of the ms paint
Small criticism: The drawings over the top look kinda odd and don’t really fit well, and the text doesn’t really stick out much. Also would add some sort of background rather than just grey. The lighting is a bit off too.
Other than that, it looks really good for a beginner at GFX and I think with time you will improve a lot and make some amazing work. Keep it up and good luck! 
Hihi I love the colour theme to this, however I feel like you should consider lighting and shadows next time, try to look into those Youtube is definitely helpful.
The drawings on top don’t look too great, maybe use Roblox faces for now and once you have your lighting and shadows skills in a better place you could definitely practice drawing faces on.
Also if you are going for a glitched effect you could try to overlay one
