Securion Development started in early 2024, the group was connected to many games such as cafes, hotels, factories, and more. This handbook will describe many things such as roles, departments, etc.

This rank is given to those who worked hard

Players who got promoted in a promotional batch

Players who got noticed by a Leadership member, corporate Interns are also permitted to start joining departments

Junior Corporate
Players who got promoted from Corporate Intern for showing exceptional hard work and dedication

Senior Corporate
Players who got promoted from Junior Corporate for showing exceptional hard work and dedication

Head Corporate [MAX 2]
Players who got promoted from Senior Corporate for showing exceptional hard work and dedication

Leadership

Board of Governors [MAX 4]
The Board of Governors assists in creating policies, as well as providing oversight

Governor Administration [MAX 1]
The Governorโ€™s Administration is responsible for creating policies as well as providing oversight, they are a higher rank than the Board of Governors and can only be elected by people.

Chief of Staff [MAX 3]
The chief of staff is the Presidential Assistant, they help manage day-to-day operations as well as help with staff and department management

Presidential Advisory Council [MAX 3]
The PAC provides the president with independent information and advice from experts on current priority issues.

Vice President [MAX 2]
The Vice President assists the President with day-to-day tasks

President [MAX 1]
The President oversees and manages day-to-day operations

Note: Leadership roles are the highest-ranking staff and can only be handed out by the President or Vice President.

Human Resources

Operations Department

๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ The Operations Department focuses on keeping everyday functions on track, they also assist in managing day-to-day operations

Internal Affairs

๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐€๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐š๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ The Internal Affairs department is responsible for investigating alleged employee misconduct

Moderation Department

The ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ is responsible for managing moderation in the communications server they have access to special channels and admin power.

Note: Moderation Managers are hand-selected by our leadership team.

Overseer Command

Overseer Command provides oversight to other departments, the communications server, the game, and members. They will also have access to special channels.

Intelligence Division

Surveillance and Monitoring are very secretive based on what it does, as you might know, the department monitors everything, and every single staff punishment, promotion, etc is logged in something called a "Case", cases contain users โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ it, โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ type, โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ, levels of โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ, as well as the case โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ. Members are usually never chosen for this department due to the secrecy of it, even leadership members are not in it without specialized clearance. Clearance required is โ–ˆโ–ˆโ–ˆ.

Staff Rules

:one: Promotions
Do not ask for a promotion. This is called hinting.

:two: Authority
Respect the authority of the Management and Corporate Team.

:three: Disrespect
Do not act disrespectfully towards customers or staff members.

:four: Professionalism
Maintain professional behavior and act appropriately.

:five: Leaking
Our golden rule is leaking, leaking is sharing information with someone who doesnโ€™t have access to it.

Staff Duties

Staff Punishments

:pushpin: Depending on the severity of your rule violations, you will be given one of these punishments.

:green_circle: Verbal Warning: Verbal warnings only occur for minor offenses, after a VB you will receive a strike.

:yellow_circle: Strike: This is a minor offence due to abuse of power, unprofessionalism, or misuse for tools. Staff members will be given a verbal warning before receiving a strike.

:orange_circle: Demotion: This will move you to your previous rank after receiving three strikes. The Corporate Team will log your demotion for future reference.

:red_circle: Termination: This will move you to the Customer rank. Terminations are given for severe violations of the rules. The Corporate Team will log your demotion for future reference.

:black_circle: Blacklist: This will permanently ban you from our community, as well as make you unable to be a staff member again. This only occurs for major violations of the rules.

:memo: Note: Please be aware for bigger offenses you might not receive a verbal warning or strike, you may receive an immediate demotion, termination, or blacklist instead.
