Or maybe even name the game after the unique setting?

You don’t seem to have a proper game concept down, which is what you should be focusing on rather than the name at this point. Maybe you do have a proper concept, but it is unclear.
A game’s naming typically reflects and summarises the game entirely in just a few words, ranging from one word to a short sentence. Not only does it do this though, but it has a certain ring and aura of memorability to it. The game can be recalled easily if you mention the name, or the name can be recalled if you mention the gameplay.
You can have a gameplay type in mind, brainstorm a name and come up with a game concept and the details based around that name, though that’s significantly harder to do. It is much easier to give a name based off of an overall concept that you know for sure is what you’re aiming for. There are far too many games that are 1vAll and of the gameplay type you mentioned, leading to concept obscurity. Define the concept you want clearly, not vaguely.
Concept. Concept. Concept. Get one first.
Postscript: “Nightmare Killers” is honestly not a good name, but if you have a good concept in mind with good content to back it, that opinion could change quickly. Not fully, but I’d be more accepting of it than not.
