Reproduction Steps
When checking a textbox, click next to the textbox on the text.
Expected Behavior
I expect the text to not highlight.
Other elements on Talent Hub UI, such as drop-down selection boxes, do not have highlightable text.
Actual Behavior
The text highlights, which is unexpected and annoying behavior.
Workaround
Directly click the checkbox to avoid the text being highlighted.
