Selecting multiple parts and welding them via WeldConstraint doesn't work anymore

Before a few weeks ago, not sure exactly when, you could select any amount of parts and click on the WeldConstraint button and all the parts would be welded together, simple as that. Now, you have to painstakingly weld each individual part together, which unsurprisingly, takes a lot of time. Anyone else having this issue? This is really getting on my nerves and I hope Roblox staff reimplements the feature.

download the F3X plugin(just search F3X its mad popular), select all of the parts, and weld it via F3X.

Actually it is not a feature, u will have to use a plugin only.

It is a feature and can be done, but rules must be followed. When selecting more than two parts to weld with one action they must be either touching or overlapping… check out the roblox API on the rules of the weld action:

Thanks for posting this, I also had the same issue recently. I knew there was something like that, but I forgot about the touching/overlapping part.

Was this feature just implemented? I vaguely remember doing this a few times with parts that didn’t overlap but then again, I’ve welded many parts that did.
