Out of curiosity do you have a lot of plugins installed?
i do have a decent amount of plugins installed, the only one that interferes with selection tools is f3x, which i rarely use. i can send a list of them later.
No need, i just was curious if there was a connection, ive noticed sometimes when people have functionality issues with studio, the plugin was interfering… but it wont hurt to disable it to test it out and then re-enable it if it doesnt fix.
