Selfridges - Code of Conduct
The Selfridges Code of Conduct is designed to help make sure that our game is a respectful and safe place to be for all players. The Code of Conduct is to be followed in every Selfridges & Co. game and failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in moderation or corrective action.
This document consists of two sections, general code of conduct, and the staff code of conduct. All players, regardless of their rank (if applicable) are expected to adhere to the general code of conduct.
Cheating & Exploiting
Fume Enterprises Standards have a no tolerance policy for exploiting or cheating. Players who are found to be exploiting or cheating will be banned indefinitely and will not be permitted in any Selfridges game(s).
General Composure
Players are expected to be respectful and fair to all players, including staff. Behaviour that is threatening, disrespectful, aggressive, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal will be moderated.
Trolling
Trolling is not acceptable at Selfridges and may result in moderation action, humour is welcome, but causing a situation will not be tolerated. Be respectful and responsible.
Clothing Guidelines
You are expected to remain fair and adhere to ROBLOX Terms of Use while playing our games, any clothes that are:

Display, and or promote politics, discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia or any other unpleasant images or phrases are unacceptable.

Clothing that is in violation of ROBLOX Terms of Use such as invisible or inappropriate clothing are not allowed.
Clothing that does not adhere to guidelines will be moderated, or corrective actions will be issued for staff. Please keep Selfridges a respectful and safe place for all ages.
Behavioural Expectations
Staff hold a unique role at Selfridges, they have to uphold and promote our brand in a positive way, staff are expected to behave professionally and with courage. Staff should help customers look for items, communicate respectfully and responsibly. Staff are expected to adhere to the General Code of Conduct as well as the Staff Code of Conduct
Responsibility and Punctuality
Staff should be communicating responsibly, respectfully and fairly. Staff should not engage with arguments, harassment or anything that can be seen as misleading, or loss of integrity for our brand. Staff should be communicating with grammar and a positive attitude at all times.
Corrective Actions
Corrective Actions or CAβs may be handed out by management for failing to adhere to our guidelines. A basic CA will remain on your staff file for 6 months, then will be automatically deleted. More serious infractions will remain on file indefinitely. CAβs may hinder your ability to seek promotions.
Be Responsible
We can not account for every possibility, if you have to think twice, donβt say/do it. Keep our customers in mind with our companies values. We are one group and together we will succeed.
