Recently I was approached by a person via discord, who was interested in buying a café I had made.
After some discussions, he also wanted to buy my group. I said it might be against TOS, but I couldn’t find anything in TOS.
Is selling groups with games allowed?
Neither of these are allowed.

You can, but at your own risk. Roblox aren’t responsible for transactions beyond their official channels so if you get scammed they won’t be able to help you, and you can’t hold them accountable. It would be your own responsibility to make sure you conducted this safely.
