The Premise:
So, as a designer of clothing on Roblox, I have always been mildly irritated by how long-winded it is to put an item on sale - clicking configure, ticking on sale, typing in the amount, etc. A minor annoyance, but not a significant problem by any stretch. Until recently. A while ago, I moved away from Roblox for a short while while I developed projects outside of Roblox - creating mods for other PC games, only to come back, get BC again, and find that if I want to establish my business againā¦
The Problem:
I would have to click through every single shirt and pants item in my inventory and put them on sale one by one. The number of items I have created number in the thousands, and used to be a constant stream of revenue, but now Iām stuck with nothing on sale, and no flow of money to keep the bank in check - and Iām sure many other people have had similar situations.
Possible Solutions:
What I call for is a more efficient, revised way of configuring shirts, pants and T-shirts - whether that entails being able to configure them without loading a new page, or having a system similar to Roblox Studioās editing of part properties:
In studio, you can select a large number of parts, all of different colours, sizes, etc, and through the properties menu, make them all become red, or make them all become 1x1x1 blocks. A system like this, by which we can select a bulk of items and edit specific properties could be remarkably useful,
Other Opportunities From This:
With the institution of this mass configuration system, people could also add tags, rebrand and change pricing policies for their company, en masse, bringing the business of clothing design in Roblox up to date, revisiting a major aspect of Roblox which, as of late, seems rather neglected.
These are all great suggestions, I am looking into maybe making some clothing on ROBLOX so I would really like to see what they do.
On a side note, the clothing section is not the only section like this, models in your inventory also have a similar problem, especially when you are trying to mass delete them out of your inventory.
[sub]Iām a total newbie when it comes to web design.[/sub] :emo-angst: Could somebody design a chrome extension with this functionality as a ātemporary fixā. Iām sure somebody could throw together a prototype faster than Roblox would release a real system. Iād be interested in doing it but Iām not sure how back end requests work when doing stuff on the website. Would playing with Fidler help me learn?
PS Sorry for sorta derailing your thread. I agree with your request!

ROBLOX+ does this. If you have it installed, you can go to the category (T-Shirt, Shirt, Pants, etc) and set it onsale. WebGL3D tells me that heāll ad a way to set the price āsoonā
